staying at this hotel was excellent. the staff were courteous and very helpful with all enquiries I had. I was also made breakfast specially every morning (being vegan) and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job of making sure everything was made every day. I was here for 9 days & have not stayed in a better hotel while in Hanoi. the location is central to anything and everything you could need whilst avoiding the hyper tourist district of the old quarter. it is a 5-10 min travel to the old quarter and Lotte tower is a 5 min walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again next time I am back.

This is an excellent hotel for Japanese people to stay at. You can enjoy Japanese service, Japanese food, and currency exchange without any stress.

The front desk staff are very competent. I was very helped by a staff member named Ms. Hai. All procedures were smooth and friendly. This hotel is by no means luxurious, but it is comfortable.

Close proximity to town, friendly staff who can speak English good, offer for booking 2 nights. Calm and peaceful. Decent room

I always choose this hotel when I stay in Vietnam. The front desk staff are excellent and I don't feel any stress at all.

We were staying at Brandi Fudji Suite with a terrace. Room was clean and cozy. Quiet place. Good breakfast. Nice jacuzzi. Interesting massage chair in the room. Stuff was friendly and hospitable.
